Ow, Ow, Ow

The sound most heard as we walk along on our very sore, very tired feet.

We pretty much did everything on the schedule. Arlington was great, the Congressional Tour was a bit of a letdown (no staff led tour, simply gallery passes...which are nice, but they really gave us a limited look at the Capitol), Alexandria was beautiful, and many of us went on a nice tour of the monuments after dark (others returned to the hotel for rest)

We did celebrate Katie's birthday at dinner in Alexandria...


Tomorrow we will visit Ford's Theater, Peterson House and Joe's for souvenirs.
